Home Centre Floating Support Christmas Volunteering Contact
The centre on Edward Street

We are a day centre for those who are homeless or in housing poverty.

We are supported by Lancaster City Council who fund us to provide triage and assessment for hard to reach groups who are covered by our client group this identifies the clients needs and how to address them from social to housing needs.

We receive funds from the local community and local Churches for our food service.

We are open for food seven days a week,
Monday to Friday from 10am for breakfast to 11am, tea and coffee is available until lunch is served at 12.30 until 1.15pm and the centre shuts at 1.30pm

At Weekends and Bank Holidays we are open for lunch from 12 noon, lunch is served at 12.30 and the centre closes at 1.30pm

Within the Centre clients can access showers and laundry facilities during the week also clothing and bedding that is donated by local supporters. Any client we can secure accommodation for will receive anything we can give them which will help them set up their home.

We have a Floating Support who will give those in housing support with setting up a home, budgeting, independant living skills which will help them keep their tenancy. This is a free service and can be accessed via the contact page on the website.
